HOW IT WORKS
Golf Club Rental Express has been in the business of providing event organizers with quality rental clubs for more than ten years.
Pro shop managers, and event coordinators, if you are tasked with planning golf events for your course, business or charity and find you need rental clubs for your event, we have the clubs, the pricing, and the experience needed to meet whatever your needs may be.
To get pricing just complete the information request form and be sure to give us as much information as you can. We will provide you with a proposal and a copy of our rental agreement. Upon your approval we will schedule your event. We prefer to have the final number of sets needed at least a week prior to the event.
As part of our commitment to providing the best customer service in the industry we created our "Concierge Rental Program". Working with the event coordinator and the course's staff we will schedule delivery so that we will have plenty of time to stage the clubs on the carts prior to the arrival of the golfers. After the event is over our staff will retrieve the sets so that the staff can concentrate on getting the carts taken care of.
As much as we would like to offer our concierge service for every event, sometimes we are faced with a request for clubs that is too small and would be too costly for our customers, so we will recommend shipping the clubs to the course. In either case, however, we will always offer our customers the best pricing available. If we have to ship, knowing that it can takes on average two days to get the clubs there we will always ship early enough so that the clubs arrive a minimum of two days prior to the event.
