A Channel Partners Program is a business initiative in which one company enters a partnership with a third party to maximize the collective reach, efficiency, and value of both entities. Depending on a company's specific industry, mode of operation, clientele, and market position, the partnership may take many different shapes such as dealership arrangement with a sporting good or golf shop, a dealer/agent arrangement with a logistical partner, a independent sales relationship with manufacturer' reps, or a working partnership with event planners.
