Golf Club Rental Express Event Rental Services

Golf Club Rental Express has been in the business of providing event organizers with quality rental clubs for more than nine years.  Pro shop managers, and event coordinators, if you are tasked with planning golf events for your course, business or charity and find you need rental clubs for your event, we have the clubs, the pricing, and the experience needed to meet whatever your needs may be.  

To get pricing just complete the following information request form.  We will provide you with a proposal and a rental agreement.  For most larger events we will require a small deposit to hold your date.  We will coordinate with your course the time and means for getting the clubs there on time.  We ask that the final numbers ie...  the number of men's and women's that are needed for the the event,  are submitted to us a minimum of one week prior to the event.  

If you need less than twenty set we will typically ship the clubs. Shipping takes one to two days and we will take that into consideration so that the clubs arrive a minimum of two days prior to the event.  We will work with the course to see to it the clubs are staged and placed on the appropriate carts in a timely manner.  The course will see to it that the clubs are box up and returned following the event.  

For larger events we will deliver the clubs ourselves. We will work with the course to schedule a time for delivery and will help with staging the clubs. At the end of the event we will work with your staff to collect the clubs, inventory them, and load them for shipment back to our office.
